Someone told me this painting reminds her of a night when she was haunted by a creepy one. She runs to her Mum’s and was banging on the door in great fear.

But there is positive view too; There is always a first guest on the party. Maybe now you are thinking of that one in your own surrounding. Often it’s the same one every year. Maybe that one thinks; “First in, first out”. Or is it the one who helps preparing the table before the big rush and doing the dishes when everybody has left?
