'The attentive one'

Oil on canvas
25 x 25 cm

We all know people who are highly focused on being attentive and obliging. It makes them feel comfortable and useful in life. They try to take away all the possible obstacles on their (and your) way, so everyone is able to march forward smoothly.
But sometimes they show too much considerations for others. They forget others can take advantage of them and they need to be careful not to lose themselves in a growing world of needy elements around them.
Treewise ‘The attentive one’ assumes it’s destiny in the production forest is being chopped into a dozen table tops. It’s habit of being prepared for everything in the future, has confined his own natural growth.
