The introvert one carefully moves around the edge of the crowd, trying to stay in the shade. Too much attention and expectations to join in, makes him cringe and recoil, what often can be interpret as shyness. The introvert isn’t shy in particular, but in case of emergency he uses shyness as an accepted reason for keeping distance. He prefers an empty spot to be seen, instead of the spotlight.
